PROCESS ENGINEER

Job description:

• Utilize customer design concepts or detailed drawings/specifications to ensure manufacturable process design, complete necessary documentation, lead New Product Introduction (NPI) process.

• Manage project deadlines to achieve on-time documentation of product specifications, customer approval of sample submission, and production launch.

• Conduct testing/validation of trial parts and completion of internal and customer qualification requirements.

• Establish Corrective action plans to address root causes during development and management of technical resolution of quality issues.

• Monitor and report issues with injection molds, make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles, process capability and tooling history.

• Interact with customers to resolve issues and provide new project updates.

• Coordinate implementation of related engineering changes

• Develop, update or be part of the team in the preparation of documents such as SPC, Flow chart, PFMEA, Control Plan and Work Instruction.

• Delivering product specifications and procedures to the manufacturing team for production purposes.

• Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation.

• Implement ISO-compliant processes for New Product Development.

• Performs other task that maybe assigned from time to time.
